Notary Fee Calculator

Notary fees are calculated according to tariffs determined annually by the Union of Notaries. For proportional fee transactions, fees are calculated at 0.99 per thousand of the transaction value, with minimum and maximum limits.

Vehicle sale notary costs consist of proportional notary fees based on the vehicle's market/sale value, stamp duty (9.48 per thousand), writing fees, and paper costs. The total amount varies based on the vehicle's value.

General power of attorney fees are fixed and are approximately 520-680 TL in 2025. For sale powers of attorney, additional stamp duty is calculated based on the transaction value.
