Mediation Fee Calculator

As a rule, the mediation fee is paid equally by the parties. However, the parties may agree on a different payment arrangement. If no agreement is reached, half of the last session amount is covered by the Ministry of Justice budget.

Mandatory mediation applies to labor disputes (reinstatement, labor receivables), commercial lawsuits, and consumer disputes before filing a lawsuit. As of 2025, rental disputes have also been included in the scope of mandatory mediation.

The mediation process can last up to 3 weeks for labor disputes and up to 6 weeks for commercial disputes. This period can be extended by mutual agreement of the parties. The process is usually completed within 1-3 sessions.
