Holiday Overtime Calculator

According to the Labor Law, employees who work on national holidays and public holidays are paid 2 times the normal wage for each hour worked. Since the holiday pay is already included in the salary, an additional 1 day's wage is paid (totaling 2x).

Public holidays: January 1, April 23, May 1, May 19, July 15, August 30, October 29, Ramadan Holiday (3.5 days), and Eid al-Adha (4.5 days), totaling 14.5 days per year.

Employees who work on the weekly rest day (Sunday) are paid 2 times the wage. Additionally, an employee who cannot use their weekly rest day must be given 1 day of rest leave within the following week.
