Your vehicle's dashboard trip computer shows the average consumption. For a more accurate measurement, fill the tank, reset the odometer, and divide the liters used by km at the next fill-up. Factory data provides three separate values for city/highway/combined.

In-city stop-and-go traffic, low speeds, and frequent braking increase consumption by 30-50%. Highway driving at constant speed uses less fuel. At highway speeds (130+ km/h), air resistance increases and consumption rises again.

Avoid sudden acceleration and hard braking, check tire pressure, avoid carrying unnecessary weight, use air conditioning wisely, and travel at economical speed (80-100 km/h). These measures can provide 15-25% fuel savings.
