Enforcement proceeding costs consist of the application fee, advance fee (0.5% of the claim), power of attorney copy fee, service expenses, and file costs. Additionally, a collection fee is paid upon completion of the proceeding.

The advance fee is a fee paid at the rate of 0.5% of the claim amount when initiating enforcement proceedings. It is deducted from the collection fee at the end of the proceeding.

The collection fee is the fee paid when the claim is collected. The collection fee rate varies depending on the payment or service of the enforcement order. Generally, it ranges between 4.4% and 2.2%.
