How is the DUS score calculated?
The DUS score is calculated by summing and scaling the net scores from the Clinical Sciences (100 questions) and Basic Sciences (100 questions) sections. The formula Net = Correct - (Incorrect/4) is used. Every 4 incorrect answers cancel out 1 correct answer.
How many questions are on the DUS exam?
The DUS exam has a total of 200 questions: 100 Clinical Dental Sciences and 100 Basic Dental Sciences questions. The exam is conducted in two sessions.
