Annual Leave Calculator

According to the Labor Law: 1-5 years of service: 14 days, 5-15 years: 20 days, over 15 years: 26 days of annual paid leave. For employees under 18 and over 50, the minimum is 20 days.

When the employment contract ends, unused annual leave days must be paid as leave compensation. This payment is calculated based on the last gross salary.

To qualify for annual paid leave, you must have worked at least 1 year (including the probationary period) at the same workplace. The leave entitlement is earned upon completion of each year of service.
